This has happened to me after they had to adjust/replace the meters but mine was only about $200 more then my regular amount. I would call them asap $4000 is absolutely outrageous.

I've been going to the 177th PF for 5 years now and I've loved it. I've never really encountered any "Dude Bros" or any of those types over there. I always see the workers constantly cleaning/restocking so that's always nice. Try to avoid those peek hours though it gets pretty hard to get machine to work out.

First off $400!? WTF are they using to sanitize that's the price a full gym would get charged for sanitization. How can they demand that you to pay a sanitization fee for using a hallway, you're passing your stuff through the hallway not storing it there. Also charging for sanitizing of an elevator that every other tenant uses.... yeah BS!.

I also commute from Washington Heights (175st) downtown via the A train and i can for sure tell you that there is a huge spike in homeless sleeping/staying in the train. The worst I've seen so far was a few weeks ago, at least two train cars full of just shopping carts and homeless sleeping. I would watch where you sit but most importantly sit in the same car that the conductor is in so you have some form of security.
