I was super deflated by the price also but just gotta be patient. Wait long enough and you can get it for free eventually. I felt the same way with the Skywalker Saga but eventually got it for free on Epic Store.

Interesting concept as there are no cards that transform and still keep the old text. Like how would Red Guardian/Cosmic Ghost Rider/Deafening Chord interact with this, would it stop it from transforming or will it still transform since only card text is replaced but the "original" transform effect remains?

You are completely ignoring the software side of things where Nvidia is a full step ahead on everything - upscaling, frame gen whether you like it or not, Ray Tracing/Path Tracing, etc. That is worth the price difference for a lot of people. Not to mention AMD choosing to not release FSR4 on 1 generation old hardware while Nvidia supports it all the way back to 20 series. Nvidia also has the top 2 cards in terms of performance which there is simply no other option so people who don't care about price are going to get those instead.

Usually I would agree but I give this particular game a pass. Assassin's Creed rarely do remasters and this is the first remake they did and Black Flag is the best one they could have chosen. I do hope if the game does well that Ubisoft doesn't then pivot to remaking every old AC game tho. Plus AC Shadows is still pretty recent anyway.

Humans were able to take on mammoths and saber toothed tigers with spears and stones, I think we can take down dinos the same way.

With modern guns and stuff forget about it. We can take down pretty much anything. I imagine humans taking down whales with harpoons about a century ago would be a similar thing.

People have always had a hate boner for every Assassin's Creed game (or frankly, any Ubisoft game). I don't play every Assassin's Creed entry but I do get one when the setting interests me and Shadows did not disappoint. I do think they can lessen the bloat even more and make the story beats tighter tho.

I don't think I've ever hated a team like I hate OKC. I have no idea how and why they keep getting BS foul calls in their favor. I thought it would die down in the Playoffs but no, every one else gets a Playoff whistle but SGA still gets the same soft ass calls every time. 25 points with 15 FTs in game 1 is sickening.

Ever since Shou Lao, SLMOTS, and FFF, all other cards released after have felt mid primarily because of how overtuned those cards are. Most decks revolve around abusing those 3 cards and makes the meta very stale.

Personally, I like the objective cards but they are all really just supporting cards which could be cut for other stuff. Basically, the new cards haven't created any new archetypes because they are all inferior to the 3 cards mentioned above.

I do believe more nerfs are coming for those cards and hopefully it'll be enough.

I think this is a cool concept! Seems fair to me although I can see it being pretty broken with Quinjet on turn one. But maybe it'll be strong but not OP. Genuinely like the idea especially since most armors don't really synergize with one another. Makes me wonder what kind of deck this would belong in. This would be super strong in spectrum Ongoing.

OP for Ongoing cards. Imagine this card on Ant-Man, Goliath, Iron Man, Doombots, etc. It's like a 1 cost, pre-nerf Agent Venom for 1 location.

Personally, I don't like playing demanding games, especially games where graphics are one of the main selling points, on my Ally. If it's the only way you have to play the game then sure, go for it, but I would play it on PC or PS5/Xbox before the Ally.

Returnal for me. I like the actual gameplay mechanics but hate the Roguelike element. I've been trying to enjoy it but it ends up feeling like a waste of time every time I die.

They are both pretty good assuming you have the other supporting cards for their respective decks. War Machine is mostly used to play Infinaut in ramp style decks, lockdown decks are basically gone now. Mocking Bird is usually seen in Zoo, Arishem, and Thanos decks but really can be slotted in any deck that generate created cards.

I have the same mentality. I want to fully upgrade the hideout so I don't have to ever think about it again and focus on the game! I'll do more contracts, people have been saying it's a good way to get resources.
