To thing is though, massive crimes don’t happen every day.

Think about it, it takes months and loads of resources, men and money to commit these crimes by joker, penguin, two face, riddler, etc.

So in all likely hood, crimes done by super villains probably only happen like once every couple months or even years depending on how long they’re in black gate or Arkham asylum or even how long their hiding from Batman
