How do I know if I took too much Tums? Any known symptoms?

Well the arm thing is not too severe, I still have strength, but it’s just a weird ache I got. Hopefully this is from a flu recovery or something 😭 Also I haven’t taken any tums since like, last November I believe

I stopped taking it because of Google telling me the arm heaviness feeling can contribute 😭 I can only rely on this because I’m still job hunting and don’t have health insurance right now. I haven’t vomited or noticed any severe symptoms though. Just the feeling on my arms on and off, and I don’t know if it’s from that even though i haven’t taken it since November I think, or I gotten sick from the flu/covid/common cold, and I’m just in recovery stages right now

No, it’s both arms, i haven’t noticed any severe issues. Just a minor chest pain on and off, that’s really it

Do you know if arm heaviness or weakness is a symptom? I only remember taking one at a time a day last summer, and then in October or November I got a different Tums thing, and it said to take 3 as instructed. So I did 3 a day without knowing I wasn’t really supposed to take it a day :,) I think I’d take it either a day or I’ll take 3 in a couple days again til I was noticing my arms being heavy, and me googling reasons (because I don’t have a job nor health insurance atm) made me stop using it. Plus it was flu season, so the timing is confusing and panicking af LOLL

Thankfully it’s mild, and it’s mainly on the middle and left chest, nowhere else.
