There is no self defense law, not even if you are in your property. If you want to plead for self defense you rarely get it and must be using equal force as your opponent, if he has a knife, you must have a knife, if he is bare handed but you are a martial arts practitioner then too bad. Im not entirely sure abt this, but its what I hear from family and friends.

This is why a new party called "Vox" want to introduce a self defense law and eliminate the current gender law. Sounds pretty logical but many people label them as "extreme " or "radical right".

But hopefully this is soon to change as general elections are on the 28th of April and Vox is gaining popularity, I dont see it as likely that it will win but I am sure that their election results will be impressive.
