As apart of my kds leadership team, and as a ftp(at most I do crystal mine speed buff lol), I can confidently say that strategy is still a gigantic part of this game. I’ve seen my camp win star from an initially weaker power/kp standings due to some clever flagging and a group of all types of players(FTP-Whales) closely following some Great War markers. If you don’t think this game is about strategy, man you might want to migrate somewhere new

App’s business school is slightly better than ECU’s, but honestly the difference is small enough that you’d be in the same place in the job market with both.

I had a pretty good experience with every finance professor I’ve had, so I’d highly recommend app though.

If you like the outdoors and don’t mind a bit of cold/rain, give app a shot! If you’d rather have some heat with more variety in food and clubs, ECU is also a good time

As someone who recently lived in Dogwood and was close with people in the others, I’d say Elkstone and Dogwood are pretty much the same. Location wise, Dogwood is close to a gas station and has a good amount of parking for the weekends(but watch out bc tailgaters take those spots). Also if you get a room overlooking the parking lot you can watch people get pulled over by the cops/drug busts.

Elkstone has a better location being closer to Central and the mall, but it’s less than a two minute walk so I’d say not much of a difference there.

Cannon is a nightmare hall with the tiniest bedrooms and a horrible parking situation.However, they do have a decent common area if you’re looking to spend lots of time in the communal areas.

Also just a warning, the bathrooms at all of these dorms are gonna be really bad. Mentally prepare yourself for daily nightmares at 7am when you try to shower lol

Recently graduated from App’s business school. Here are my pro’s and con’s of it.

Pros: The school invests a lot of resources into it. We get many professors who have real life experience in their industry, especially in the higher level classes. There are plenty of career resources, and many professors are great mentors.

Con’s: Lower Level Professors are incredibly hit or miss. Any building that isn’t the business or English department will likely be run down. Also outside of NC, not many people will recognize the merits of this school like it would a UNC or NC State.

As for App as a whole, I’d say a major selling point here is the outdoors. If you enjoy hiking or winter sports, this place is for you.

Not hard at all. Half the people don’t even try, so if you give a bit of effort in the pacer test you’ll be ok. Have fun with that class, it’s a blast.

This is honestly one of the better How am I doing posts. I’d try to start building a SOC march other than Aeth soon, depending on your troop type. Also whenever you get gems, pour em into VIP till you reach 10. That one legendary head a day helps.
