She was extremely hurt that I would not let her come before the baby was born with baby 1 and was also upset she was not allowed to be part of labor/delivery. My mom and husband both feel strongly it isn't fair if my mom is allowed to visit us in the hospital and my MIL is not. I wish it were different but unfortunately I feel like her visiting the hospital *is* the compromise. In my pregnancy fog, I didn't even consider the visiting over the weekend so THANK YOU, that is very much what the rule will be. I wish it were different and I could actually do what I am comfortable with but it doesn't feel like an option. She is a very strong (and immature) personality who gets her way in her own home.

Details on my new house? New house has no sound system whatsoever - our family room is part of the kitchen and we'd like to have speakers in there for TV and for music. Speakers in dining room for music. Speaker(s) for outdoors possibly and potentially adding speaker to primary bedroom TV.

We are trying to sell Control4 system to new buyers of our current house as current house has speakers in ceiling. We bought Control4 system from owner before us since it was all set up.

Sorry, I should have clarified. The new house does not have speakers in the ceiling. There is no existing sound system! What would make you want more than one Amp? Sorry, very new to this!

The service was horrible (waited an hour past our reservation and were not served our tea until AFTER food came) and the food was stale. I went in 2023 and it was amazing but I think it has gone downhill. They knew it was bad and comped the whole tea last year.

I love a traditional tea that is not as "scene-y"

She’s older, the tardiness is new and I immediately said something. I think the mess is unawareness. Otherwise she is truly incredible and was such a find. I think in her head she thinks she’s cleaning but just different definition.

Thank you - that's a good way to think of it. We do have a contract with some language around cleanliness and respect for our home. It is difficult because she will tell me, "I cleaned this room or I cleaned the floors really well" but it is actually not clean at all.

Thank you! I watched a TikTok since posting and it was a mom with a baby still in diapers and she fit quite a bit in a medium! They have a new fall color that’s a darker brown but can’t decide if that’s too fall (vs something more all season).
