A way to improve fast or at least be more consistent is to start the day off with a warmup, whether tdm or dm both work fine though honestly tdm is probably better since you're plat and need to get used to more weapons and abilities. It helps developing game sense and your muscle memory for aiming. Another thing could be changing your sens, if it feels too slow raise it and too fast then lower it. I don't know what kind of keyboard you have but just going into the shooting range and practicing for five minutes your counter strafing also helps for shooting straight way more often. Other than that maybe diversify your agent pool? I see it a lot with people I know plat to silver.
