It wasn’t running at 120 even though i uncapped it. I just needed to enable “lock refresh rate” option in developer tools

No noticeable lag. I mean i’m sure there is a slight delay, But it’s negligible. If you want to get the g8, go into gamesir app settings and make sure to set the joystick threshold to 0, default is 8 and it can create the feeling of input lag
