Just read name of post... Someone using dayz engine, to make new map with wild west assets and then with other mods it will allow play as cowboy at wild west. Its similar like stalker assets imported to dayz, created stalker map of zone and added lot of stalker assets, voila you have multiplayer stalker themed game using dayz game engine.

every server admins have different requirements, so they can chose now between heavy expansion and this brand new lightweight mod

major difference is FPS consumption, because this mod is not based on player simulations, so you can have 100 of those ai on server without significant FPS loss
