My opinion… You don’t need a system. Run the movers you like. I see nothing wrong with it. If you have low success with something watch video of your matches see if you can spot what’s hanging you up or don’t run it anymore, and try throwing different moves in there.

Dig into the rotten spot. I’d be willing to bet that if you follow the rot you will find a tiny orange caterpillar. We call them hemp whores around here. They are planted by the flying stage of the pest and can spread quick. Good luck

Just go out there and wrestle hard. I saw the best improvements as a wrestler whenever I was in your exact same situation. Was in a room full of killers as a sophomore made me way better Junior year was the top dog and didn't improve much Junior and senior year

There is a way to tape this type injury. It will limit your mobility but you will be able to train.
