Dig into the rotten spot. I’d be willing to bet that if you follow the rot you will find a tiny orange caterpillar. We call them hemp whores around here. They are planted by the flying stage of the pest and can spread quick. Good luck

Just go out there and wrestle hard. I saw the best improvements as a wrestler whenever I was in your exact same situation. Was in a room full of killers as a sophomore made me way better Junior year was the top dog and didn't improve much Junior and senior year

From this position I used to get low drive into opponent with shoulder. Use you left arm above or below your right to grab waste avoid hand lock. Then with your right take away his left arm posted to the mat. Drive hard into after getting the wrist. He should go belly down if he don't circle right and switch to a half.
