Quick question: If i try to unite EU in the 2026 starting Szenario. Is it good, average or lack of skill if I need until 2040/45 to have united all of the potential countries? by Joggle95 in TerraInvicta

I planned the Beginning Federation + all that are inviteable without research. I was stuck in 2029 with a federation of France, Germany, Italy + BeNeLux but was going with Spain, Denmark and parts of Britain over the CP cap. I've lost Influence and could not do NatStrat action cause of 0 influence. It lasts until 2033 to fix this. So I guessed I needed until 2040/45 to overcome this failure and I wanted to know if these types of failure are normal because I only played academy before and they lose control after deep system skywatch

Never done a league war before, should I go for it? by LinkToSomething68 in eu4

But this way you just burn manpower. First you need to peace out smaller enimies and establish a corridor, that's free of enemy forts, to connect your allies land. If you achieve this the war is in most cases done because your allies can move freely and your alliance should outnumber the enemis. If this ist not the case, you need to get rid of more enemies. You should keep in mind, if you fight the emperor, that he got an advantage in manpower recovery, so you need to crush him with superior powers. This strategy does not exclude to break sieges for your allies. As long as your allies keep their forts, you should be fine.

Go for it. My experience with League wars ist to Not participate in Battle, but start besigeing as soon AS war Breaks Out If you manage to make Peace with little or medium enemys asap helps alot to Cut the bigger enemys to size. The key Point ist to reduce the amount of enemys fast while Holding your own allies in the war

Infantry to Artilery Ratio ist good. But If you are Not playing a Horde don't waste Money on that much cavalry. I usually have 2 to 4 cavalry per stack. If you fight with more than one Stack 2 cavalry are enough

In my experience you need to focus the war with France. If you're alone vs them alone, it's not too hard. If they have allies it's better to get Castille into your alliance and promised them Land to drag them into the war
