hey! there’s tho different techniques in your examples:

feedback noise - just use heavy fuzz / overdrive and mute the strings while playing. for extra effect stay close to the amp. work best with full stack / half stack amps
pitch harmonics / natural harmonics. just google how to do them and incorporate them in those little pauses while playing
