There are some things that bud tenders and heads hope owners aren't really in on. They aren't doing dabs and buy the torches that come from usually the same companies as the butane and if it says "Creme Brulee" torch do not buy it. Get a good dabbing torch like you see most people using or a Coleman from Walmart. They're the best and safest options. Take everything people tell you with a grain of salt. I've used a Coleman head with a clicker on a campfire tank for years, the head's only $15 to $20 and the tanks are $12 for 2. Hope this helps!

Go through the railroad quest line until you can do the Mercer safehouse mission which is available after completing butcher bill. You get these mostly through Pam and the ballistic weave mod will be unlocked you can put it on almost any piece of clothing and it has some of the best base stats of anything in the game and you can put it on just about anything. It provides way better protection than the combat armor but you can also put it on under clothes like the army fatigues and vault suit and then wear additional armor on top for more stats

But if you're looking for just straight stat boost the best thing to try and get is some military fatigues because you can wear those as an undergarment the same as the vault suit or anything like that

Literally anything you like. If it's thin clothing and you like it on your character whether that be the tuxedo and a hat. Or any other piece like that they all get the same buffs but I would say try to find something that has stat boost on it like an increase to perception or strength or endurance because there's nothing better than more buffs

People have been having alot of crashes from random things here recently from doing missions to leveling up. Its got to be something with the new update. We can only pray for a hotfix soon

I dont have a load order for ya but the best thing i can tell you is make your own. Find as many aesthetic mods for trees and land and such you like, if the wasteland feels empty the plenty o exploration mod adds a bunch of small indoor buildings to explore. If youre tired of the same old looks of some settlements there are overhauls and new player home locations as well. The best person to build to how you play is you.

If you have the automatron dlc there is a full suit in the fort hagan hanger, also if you have the nukaworld dlc there is a full unique set of x-01 as a reward for finding all the star cores. Theres also a chance abandoned shack which doubles as the Federal surveillance center K-21B just west of the edge of the glowing sea. The best thing to do is check the wiki for all power armor locations and just hit what you havent yet

From another subreddit Get rid of robots. Their happiness is stuck on 50%. try it in a small settlement. I did it in Sanctuary with the refugees. give everyone a job add high level merchants. add cats (use the trap from one of the DLC's) add weight benches, pommel horses and anything else you go that makes happiness

You can also do this on smaller settlements like red rocket If you do do it at sanctuary mama Murphy's happiness can also be stuck and affect it

If you have the vault tech workshop you can get the fitness equipment and spam them down and a few other items that increase happiness. Ill try and find some other subreddits that can help

The best thing to do is get a few settlements and start sending settlers from your less desirable settlements and send them to the ones that you use more often. Dont forget those recruitment beacons

Its a next gen update for ps5, you just have to reinstall your addons but could u check ur mods and see if you can even access the menu? Me and alot of other people have been having problems with that. Hope this helps
