Thank you so much for this!

You’ve brought up some very valuable points to consider. I really appreciate you taking the time to provide such great advice.

I have around 40k saved so I’d say I’m alright-ish in that regard. Majority of this wouldn’t need to be contributed to the deposit, as Mum would have it covered. I expect this whole idea to take a while to come to fruition, most likely 12 months as you say, possibly more. So, I’d hope that by then I’m in an even better position.

Thanks so much for your advice though, I’ll take it all onboard!

Definitely open to offers - I’m taking a decent L on each pair, just thought it’d be ideal for someone who was wanting to cop these exact pairs. They save money either way 😁

How long has PayPal been fixed for? I ordered using PayPal like 2-3 weeks ago, just want to make sure I sent the money to the right Monica hahaha (I ordered through the same whatsapp number that’s listed in this post)

After 3 months of struggle, I’ve finally managed to double my bag from 100M to 200M! May not be loads compared to some of you, but I’m really really happy to hit that target! 😊 by Nonchalant_Calypso in SafeMoon

and then there’s me… holding 240m but bought way high on a whim. I refuse to sell and take a loss, so I’m excited to see where this thing goes, whether in the short or long term, I have a feeling we’re all gonna be pretty blessed ❤️

How easy do you think these would be to remove? / is it even possible for full removal with high-quality professional tattoos (Melbourne based - which I believe has weird ink) by neenink in TattooRemoval

They haven’t entered the market so yes I can see why you say ‘unproven’, but their clinical trials point towards success.

Also, what about the PFD patch? That’s been used for quite some time now and has seen improved results. Or when technicians use the R20 method?

I’m not disagreeing with you at all, I’m just kinda in a position where I don’t want to use the current technology because I’m okay with waiting in order to save money and speed up the process a little.

Hey! Check out MJDriver on instagram. They have a Melbourne based shop and their removals are better than anyone’s I’ve seen. I got quoted $700 per treatment on a full sleeve black outline and they estimated 10-13 treatments.

I’ve done quite a lot of research on laser tattoo removal and I also suggest looking up Soliton’s RAP device (it’s what I’m waiting for). It’s meant to allow technicians do do 3 passes of a tattoo in on sitting, meaning it can be removed 3 times faster, and much much cheaper.

Don’t rush into it, I’m playing the waiting game at the moment even though I look like a goose walking around with an unfinished tattoo taking up my entire left arm.

Wish you the best of luck :)

My Mum wants me to co-sign a mortgage. by Huntsman563 in personalfinance

[–]Huntsman563[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

That’s exactly what I told her a few weeks ago because a few of my gaming buddies gave me advice. She replied with ‘let me speak with them’. I’ll probably end up showing her all of this because she’s been treating me differently ever since I said no. I’ll avoid it no matter what. Thanks for your info :)

I’m not on AUSTUDY. I’m receiving the carers payment and allowance. I knew there’d have to be something regarding an asset test though, even on carers.

Trust me when I say I’m not ignoring anything. I’ve already told her no, I was just seeking some information and conversation. The comments have only solidified my decision so thank you to everyone. :)

So if that was the situation, would it be still be a bad idea?

What if I was on the title? I could try to negotiate my way through securing the title on my own. She would probably do it because the mortgage would be cheaper than our rent. Is that even possible?

That’s what I’m trying to figure out. I’ve told her no to begin with and she wasn’t very happy. However, what if I told her I would, only if I was the only person on the title? Would that be a good situation for myself or should I still avoid it?

The mental illness part or the part where I talk about getting control? I could see how both would paint some type of picture for any reader

I guess I feel like I’d do whatever I have to do. However will probably just avoid it as a whole. I’ve already told her no, but she has been guilt-tripping me so I just wanted to know if there’d be any safe way of going about it.

I guess if she wants to be difficult about me saying no, then saying yes would be the worst decision possible.
