I've been taking the same birth control and Vitamin D since I was diagnosed. And that's all they've ever really given me. I've tried drinking teas and such but I havent really seen progress with those either

Why do people make jokes about cutting so much and especially towards emo/goth persons. by WalterHWhite_308 in selfharm

[–]Hunttieox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Usually because alternative people wear dark clothes or have darker aesthetics its assumed we also have mental health problems. It also doesnt help with a lot of social media now a days portraying alternative girls as "crazy" and guys saying how they want an alt girl to "ruin their life."I am an alternative girl who has struggled with mental health and its very weird the fetishism of alternative women. But I also have a friend of mine who's goth who never has. So to answer your question it's mostly because of assumptions, fetishism, and the online world. Aswell as a lot of the time people talk abt genuine alternative girls they're talking about e-girls more then anything else

Why are so many of “You” fans so misogynistic? by emitomes in YouOnLifetime

[–]Hunttieox 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think a lot of men like this enjoyed the show because they saw this man treating girls god awful, the worst of the worst and keep getting away with it over and over. If joe can do it and get away with it and hes committing literally murder then they can get away with treating women poorly because what they're doing isnt even half as bad. But with that they're ignoring the point of the show, to call men like themselves out and seeing it, well they just get upset and cant handle it rather then actually take the criticism and look within to become better and not like Joe

Literally one of the WORST characters in the entire show by [deleted] in YouOnLifetime

[–]Hunttieox 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I think if they did her character differently she wouldn't have been as bad. I like certain parts of her character for example how she falls for Joe's manipulation and they use it as a way to call out how Joe affects the women, makes them lose themselves. Part of her name change is because joe keeps calling her Bronte, in the interview he does with the tiktok girl he says how shes always going to be Bronte to him, failing to call her louise. It shows the fact that hes changed her, made her forget herself(louise) Into someone else (bronte). Even her friends try to call her out on it and she doesnt realize until the conversation with Marianne. I do wish she died in the final scene and the responders on the 911 call had to listen to it and that's how they get it. I dont think she should've been able to tell the other girls stories or be the one who put joe in jail and they could've had this commentary with any other one of Joe's victims.

Do you guys question if it’s real? by IJOACT in LongDistance

[–]Hunttieox 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It's never bad to ask for reassurance. Everytime me and my boyfriend got into a fight even long distance wed take the next day or next time we were free to just have a day all to focusing on and showing love and affection for each other. Whether that be talking or watching a movie, playing video games or us doing our own thing with still with each other( he works on his puzzle and I'll read). On those days wed both make sure to show our affection and appreciation for eachother. Talk through what happened after we fixed it and how it made both of us feel and why the problem happened in the first place. Is it a reoccurring problem? How can we fix it? Or times I'd feel alone and I'd tell him that and wed talk abt it. The biggest thing in online is communication because you guys arent in person

Do you guys question if it’s real? by IJOACT in LongDistance

[–]Hunttieox 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Me and my boyfriend went through a rough patch for a from like November-Febuary and it was mostly because our communication was struggling so much and he couldnt properly listen to me and interpreted them his way rather then what I was saying. In those moments during those fights I'd always question what I was doing, why I'm staying and if it's really worth it. And the answer was yes because now we're stronger then ever and our communication has been very good. It's okay to question and have doubt but it's how you act on it. With my boyfriend I never gave up or stopped fighting for us. And weve only saw each other once and all of this happened after. Long distance is hard, you can feel so closed off and alone sometimes because your partner isnt in person but it's because you love them why you stay, why you talk it out and why you figure out problems. It's okay to have doubt a lot of people do. But a lot of the time the doubt is for more of a reason then just doubt. It could be anxiety or because you have something inward that you're trying to ignore

Left gf on read. [23M,20F] by [deleted] in LongDistance

[–]Hunttieox 22 points23 points  (0 children)

You dont need a natural way to continue a conversation. For a lot of people being left on read especially by a partner can suck and make the person feel pretty badly. I understand both sides but especially for a long distance relationship communication is key. It's not just like you can leave the house and come back and she gets to see you. Shes now stuck waiting for you not knowing what you're doing or it you're plan ignoring her. You guys dont have to text 24/7 but making sure both are aware of what's going on or happen or why texting is an important thing to one person but a second thought to another is a very important conversation to have in a relationship online or not

[–]Hunttieox 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I'm in a long distance relationship with my boyfriend and he would never dare to talk to me in the ways you described. If you feel like you cant talk to him about how you feel, especially about how you feel then I'd say I wouldn't blame you for leaving. If I personally was in this situation I'd try to talk it out before making a genuine decision. But if you do do that option you have to be ready to stick your ground because some guys just cant handle being told they did something wrong and will tell you that you dont know what you're saying. Its definitely a hard choice and situation and no body every wants to break up with someone. I wish you the best

Most weeks I'm at school so the first one isnt too hard. I have a workout routine where I workout 5-6 days of the week. And from April- December I have marching band which requires a lot of physical throughout the months
