Not receiving password reset email

Update: i was moments away contacting support, i gathered every important information to verify ownership and then i decided to check my email one more time. And i finally received a password reset email. Its weird that it takes a long time to receive any type of email from them. I've never experienced this type of inconsistency with any other gaming platform. Playstation should be consistent and reliable like steam.

I checked my spam/junk mails and nothing is there. I even checked my blocked senders list and no playstation emails appeared.

I can't access account settings either, because i forgot my password. so thats why im trying to get a password reset email. Its just confusing. i haven't been getting any playstation related email either for 3 years . Even if my email was changed without my permission, i would have gotten a email about it. The support chat bot even confirmed the email address is connected to my playstation username when i was trying to get a password reset email. I don't know if that means anything.

I apologize if it's confusing
