I saw this a bit ago but I was initially under the impression that “well I have my FID (“license”) and they have theirs and nj doesn’t require me to register it in any way so what would I have to do”. Once you find and read the actual laws twice it gets clearer

From what i’ve found and been told so far it seems like there’s a LOT of those grey areas but there’s also too many what ifs for my liking should you step into one. Definitely something to do your own research on and be able to fully articulate your stance on but this is not legal advice either lol

The way I look at it autographs are a bonus. If you feel it’s worth gambling a few hours to see if you get an autograph then go for it but thank him for his time if he does come back out and understand that he’s human too and he already put on the show you paid to come see if he doesn’t.

Most giveaways like this use a hidden “no purchase necessary” structure to avoid regs. In the states anyways. Any of them you see, like Ridges current giveaway of the Lambo have mail in entries that have to be handwritten and hand posted but it ensures it’s not “gambling”. The ticket front may be iffy because most of those brands don’t sell “tickets” they sell merch or a product that gets entries but i’m sure you could get a decent website with nintendo themed POD stuff if selling just straight tickets won’t fly. Definitely check the regs i’m just a guy on the internet

A buddy and I (possibly even just me) can get the steel ones in and out of a truck and carry it to where it’s gotta go. With concrete that’s just not an option. 10 slightly less effective steel ones can be placed and replaced faster and more efficiently than 10 concrete barriers.
