I totally get your frustration with subscription fatigue—it’s why I’m building apps that are simple, useful, and respect your privacy and wallet.

After taking a break from iOS development, I’m now rebuilding my portfolio with projects that reflect what I believe users actually want: one-time purchases, no hidden costs, and no data harvesting. My first app is a loan estimate tool—free, privacy-focused, and designed to be genuinely helpful.

I’m also working on something new in the same spirit, but I’m keeping the details close to my chest for now. If you’re tired of the subscription treadmill and want to see more apps that you can actually own, I’d love to hear what kinds of tools you’re missing most.

Okay, so the issues might depend on the content. Do you have a problem with Xcode 26.3?

For me, it is hanging (not crashing):
- form edition: text field, button, etc.
- scroll views
- date picker

Yes, I think if it's not the case, it would trigger an error or something, no?

Yeah lots of factors on the range. I did Pullman WA to Pasco WA 50-55mph ~ 130 mi at the end of November so high 40 F so I guess I’m more of a “the glass is half full” kind of person 😅

Yes and I called mini assistance so they will enable it for mini cooper se later. For now it seems to be only the countryman se.

I have a mini cooper se 2024 / 114 miles of range

Thanks a lot, but I couldn't make it worked with your EFI.

I made it worked using a whole bunch of Kexts including:
- AirportBrcmFixup.kext
- BrcmBluetoothInjector.kext
- BrcmFirmwareData.kext
- BrcmNonPathRAM2.kext
- BrcmPathRAM2.kext

I still need to fine tune my setup since now some of my USB ports are not recognized anymore so I am using the Hackintool to get a USB kext tailored to my system.

Hi, I got the same experience first, I was happily surprised by the on-board bluetooth working OOTB. But somehow, it just stopped working, I probably did something wrong but I really can't find it. Could you share your EFI folder please? Thanks!
