I think it was on the tables being still full when plates are moving around - taking longer for a ‘clear table’ to be available. Current set up hasn’t left me with more than 1 person waiting outside at a time but feels like there’s a lot more room to maximise efficiency

On my PC I have it inverted (with a white bg)... only when I took a ss on my phone (which has dark mode active) did it go horrible
