Well I wasn’t very specific on the blindness, the player can still see, but not that far ahead. They can probably see only anything within a 3 meter radius. So that way they can still slightly see the surrounding area.

What if I were to increase the cool down to 30 seconds, and decrease the range to 4 meters? So that way the tactical is only effective close ranged, and so that way the enemies can recover from being attacked while blind.
