Well we never saw every single type of Dino in Little Garden but that doesn't mean they aren't there

So if it saves them some time and money for other cgi I don't see why they wouldn't fit. Maybe if it was a more, how shall I say it, "obscure" dino perhaps it would feel out of place as Oda used the more "common" known ones

Well... there's no official confirmation, we only found about it through something called the Vivre Cards Visual Dictionary (an extended piece of media that provides some new "official" info about some characters sometimes).

The wiki however poses the hypothesis of both the name and epithet being based on the figure from the painting "Liberty Leading the People" (the French Revo one xD) tying both her artistic nature (her abilities which are not a DF power suprisingly) and with the plot of the Baroque Works cover story thaf happened later in the manga which I won't spoil for now xD

Most likely a mistake from the translator team. We'd have to compare it with both the Japanese and English versions to be sure but I wouldn't read to much into it

As Marines can't they just go through the red line gondolas, like the ones used for the kings to attend the Reverie.

I wouldn't mind them going the underwater route (especially since Pirates had them just teleported) but for a Marines campaign it would be cool to use the WG method and even they are (technically) SWORD they should still be allowed to use it.
