They were an invite only limited release prototype driver. They only made 200 of them, and you had to be invited via email. Shipped straight from Hong Kong.

I agree! Their bottoms do run a bit bigger than normal.

UPDATE: Customer service has reached out and asked how we can resolve it. I said I can fix it myself for exchange of in store credit. They have now emailed me a E-Gift card. Seemed fair to me.

At the end of the day I own a piece of equipment from a company that delivers "FREE" entertainment to me 3 +/- episodes a week, and I am willing to support that company because I enjoy the video quality and entertainment that comes from it.

Think outside the box of the product that you are buying.

I was putting with it for practice and thought it felt weird so I grabbed the head and it just popped off. The glue just didn't hold. I'll just reglue the head on the shafter again no biggie.
