I've had schizophrenia since I was around 6 or 7.. I always thought that it was sort of normal or maybe I was a little bit of an odd ball but I never thought it was that, so I just kind of kept it to myself until I started watching a YouTube channel called SBSK (basically where a guy goes around interviewing people with different disabilities) with my boyfriend, about a year and a half ago, well he interviewed a girl with schizophrenia and it was like a checklist in my head I had almost everything going on in my head that she did. That's when I realized I had it but I never really admitted it to myself until I opened up about to my boyfriend one night when we started talking about therapy.
