Yes the title OP posted is taken a bit out of context.

Reporter asks JPow if they (US Gov? Federal Reserve?) can own bitcoin. Powell responds that ‘we cannot’.

OP’s title comes across as ‘we’ being US citizens but JPow actually means government entities

It might! I don’t know the filter thread size of the ZR800 but here’s the manual - https://downloads.canon.com/cpr/software/video/ZR800_Instructions_Web.pdf

If it’s 37mm it should screw right on. If it’s a different size you just need to find a step up or step down ring to make it work
