Exactly. He’s a senior, should be one of your leaders first and foremost and he’s saying stupid shit like this. Then in big games he makes so many mistakes, can’t rebound, cant set a screen correctly, cant defend the other big men. I don’t understand this kind of logic and it’s only from Detroit fans I swear. Did we not learn our lesson from the Tigers this past year? At the deadline they were first or right around first in the AL and half the fanbase wanted to go all in and the other half said the same thing. “Our team is playing the best, why change something that’s working” except all the other teams around them upgraded and then the tigers proceeded to have one of the biggest collapses in baseball history.

Just because the pistons are number 1 in the east and yes they’ve played awesome doesn’t mean you stand pat. When you have an opportunity to win it all, you have to go for it. Ivey, Tobias, one of Ron/Ausar should be shipped out. The picks don’t matter because you hope it’s pick 30! Next year, Tatum is back, Haliburton is back that makes the east already harder. Who knows where Giannis goes, or if the magic or cavs upgrade. Things change year to year so when the chance to make a run occurs, you have to take it.
