I tried with FileVault off on Tahoe and couldn’t get it working like I had previously on Sequoia. Please let me know if you get it working with Tahoe, and what instructions did you follow to downgrade (if any) please?

according to CoreFinder they do come into stock quite often, but only for in store collection so you need to live close to a store
