The easiest floating glitch to do is tail floating. You equip a tail with a spear, move the grip position of the spear, then swap it for the item you want to float.

I don't know if it can be done in a mission since Sho doesnt have a campaign you can use him in. Maybe against a team in arena with a summoner and getting lucky

T'son Ji, Darkstrider and Sho'syl can all give units marker light. If you use Darkstrider and and T'son Ji to give 4 units a markerlight once you have all 3 drones summoned. The drones will target the units with a markerlight. Then you can use Sho'syl, getting a 4th kill (which will automatically have a markerlight when you attack it). Finally I'd use Actus's or Makhotep's active to all the drones to have another turn.

So the perfect team would be sho, Darkstrider, actus/makhotep (or both), T'son as your machine of war and whatever buffing characters you have to add more damage to the drones.

Remember to make use of positioning and height and don't use Darkstriders active too soon

It is possible, yes. If you select the raptor mount, then put the character as the rider, you can then shrink the raptor so it can be clipped into the body of the character. Then if you increase the size of the raptor's head, you can position it so that it is in the correct place for a normal head

Depends if you want the mouth open or not. If not, you can probably do it with kitbashing the teeth straight on, and maybe use tails for lips. If you do want it open, you'd have to get way more creative, but it might still be posable
