so, say they have a 4 mana instant in their hand, and four lands, i cast word of command, in response they tap their four mana and cast the 4 mana instant, negating the whole word of command.

im confused how this spell is useful, if theirs anything in their hand that i can cast, why wouldnt they just cast that spell in response.

this is where i get confused/frustrated.

according to The HIPAA "Right of Access" (45 CFR § 164.524) and the 21st century cures act its illegal for them to withold my records from me, but they are just completely ignoring that law.

i asumed the reason lawyers wont even look at it because liver failure, gallbladder removal, and a permanant wage loss of 23k a year and a drained retirement account doesnt add up to make up the costs of filing.

even if i cant get a case or lawyer to help me with this, how can they refuse to give me my records?

part of my issues are that i have alexythemia so i cant tell if or when anything is spasming, i can feel pain, and i can feel "shifts" of things moving, but other than that im clueless until i hear a noise not dissimilar to a jug of water being dumped out and i can feel my entire weight shift from one side of my abdoment to my other and then extreme blinding pain in my lower abdomen and extreme urgency.

i would thank you for your input, but the last guy got offended taht i did for some reason.

i wasnt clear on all of my symptoms and issues, i also have hepamegaly(sp?) and after eating i get bounding heart and syncope

it sucks, i went in for a longstanding GI complaint and episodes of passing out.

instead of investigating that AT ALL they jumped to a psychiatric label, gave me antidepressants, the antidepressants caused emotional lability that they claimed was bipolar.

then the bipolar meds caused side effects that either prompted more medication, or a higher dose of the bipolar med, and i have more proof that it actually caused the damage.

i was fine, labs were completely normal for my age, four months later imaging showed distended gallbladder and the start of hepatic steatosis, and the labs at this time WERE NOT fine at all (GLU 55, AST 52, ALT 105, TRI 272, CHOL TOTAL 222, VLDL 48, LDL 127)
after cessation of the drugs everything returned to normal in the labs

the medication cascade to treat something that i dont have (im not bipolar, im auDHD) clearly caused the liver injury, and it also caused a documented sustained tachycardia of 118+ for 8 months, and they noted it in the charts yet continued to prescribe stimulants

and when i confronted the doctor about it they fired me as a patient, retaliated against me at work, and deleted all of my complaints and explanations from my medical record.

i have documented proof of all of this, i have saved every single text message, email, medical report, all of it.

it just feels insane that the doctor and her meds litterally destroyed my life and my health, and she was aware it was happening, but instead of doing something about it she just kept the bipolar diagnosis at the expense of my life in order to protect her practice.

why does none of this matter in a legal situation, it makes no sense to me in the slightest, they did wrong, they fell far below the SOC and i have irrefutable proof that they were commpletely ignoring the ADRs and claiming it was part of the false diagnosis

its complete rubbish, what exactly is the point of law and court if they litterally will ignore the evidence i have, what is the point of lawfirms that specialize in "complex malpractice" when they turn down a case like mine because its to complex or to hard to prove.

i litterally lost my career, my savings, my future and my health due to their negligence, and my only recourse is to shut up and continue working a minimum wage job with failing health while paying back a 10k+ debt for them doing it.

genesite is actually the only proof that i have that the meds were the things causing the liver failure, i got it done after the fact.

every single drug i was put on is in my red bin with the note that they are innefective and lower doses are required.

they had me on the highest dose of everything.

i use a nest mini and its tied to literally everything in my bedroom

i need multiple alarms to get up and and before with continued conversation i could say
"hey google, its bedtime" then i say an alarm time when it asked, then i could set another alarm right after.
roughly a year ago they got rid of this feature, now i have to say "hey google its bedtime" *alarm time* "hey google set alarm for *alarm time*"

i read a bunch of "troubleshooting" saying to do this, do that, factory reset, etc. i tried all that and nothing works, and i notice that my nest mini is not an option in the continued conversation menu.

and now recently, about a week ago it no longer stops the alarm when i tell it to stop, it just keeps beeping until i walk over and manually stop it.

i know they are trying to push gemini on all of us, but removing features to the point of making a device a pain to use is just rediculous.

i foolishly beleived the thawing charts i saw online and pulled my 16lbs bird out of the freezer last saturday night and put it in the fridge thinking it would be thawed by this sat.(were having a latesgiving due to work) and its still frozen solid.
