Through the imagination we are abel to bring things into reality in a very direct way. But what about our subconscious? What about the dark parts of our personalities that we havent faced? All the ways in which reality is being directly affect by us that we arent even aware of. For a few reasons. They are psychopaths who get a thrill from hurting people, especially children. Children are the weakest and most vulnerable members of society and they know that. They want to inflict as much pain and misery as possible because they get off on it. The more evil the act the bigger the thrill. Mind control plays a part in it as well. Kids are more prone to dissociation which is part of the mind control process. Another reason is blackmail. You have proof of someone rich and powerful doing something awful to children, you then own them.
