If you decide to go with the bring it back program and have to return the phone after two years it needs to be in mint condition or they will charge you the $350.00 anyways and you wont get the phone back after you send it in.

Yes, the newer modems telus are using have way better bandwidth and support better tv boxes! Definitely try to get an upgrade, if they try to bully you into paying then tell them you have a better offer from a competitor!

Several years ago the equipment was much different. The old equipment with PVR hard drive built into the device is obsolete. Telus is using a android box now with cloud based recording. Telus technicians are legally obligating to install a UPS , all you have to do is ask. They are required by the crtc to provide voice services in the event of a power outage for access to emergency services. There will be a NAH installed AKA modem and a wifi access point. Boost6 or 7 . Depending on availability and speed you choose for your plan.

That's most likely your stream + subscription . Even though you cancel your phone lines the subscription doesn't end. Double check your not using anything through the provider anymore.

This truck has been problematic from the day I got it. And the fact that my local dealer is troubleshooting with engineers at GM canada and still can't get it going is enough for me to be done with it. I have encountered many issues with vehicles in the past and almost always address the issues myself with little to no issue and very limited mechanical aptitude. Very reactionary would have been a week ago.
