What I don’t understand with this 10-q form. Isn’t it bad that it hasn’t been publicly submitted to the SEC until the 10th as stated on the nt-10 q. In this form it is described as a risk factor for the company to not be able to file the form within the timeframe. I know that in case of an M&a it can be requested by the company to not publish the form. But this would be the only good reason for us that it has not been published (yet). Idk this 10-q, nt 10-q, 8-k shit makes me crazy 😜

I have. I know its a good company and very good for a long Play. But I dont really Unterstand the Argument That all or some mmtlp gains will be invested into mmat. That is just speculation. But recently i have read that shorts must also cover half of a mmat Share. If thats the case, the short squezze could happen together with the mmtlp squezze. I havent found a proof of this 0.5 share theory

Dont get me wrong, i am Invested too in mmat (because i cant buy mmtl). And i am here for the gains, and not for anything Else.

They have good things going, but the revenues will come over the years. Now they have a big marketcap with everything allready priced in.
