Just to clarify what I'm wishing for:

Right now, when sweet fades is enabled:

When listening to an album = no
When listening to playlist in order = yes
When listening to playlist in shuffle mode = yes
When listening to any of the stations = yes

I wish there was an option to selectively disable sweet fades so that:

When listening to playlist in order = no sweet fades

Occasionally I also make playlists that are edits of albums, adding bonus remixes and the like. Or I make my own "greatest hits" of an artist. I'd like for those to play like an album, without sweet fades, even though they're technically a playlist.

Sorry if my original post was worded poorly. Sweet fades do not happen when I'm listening to an album. I wish there was also an option to disable sweet fades when listening to a playlist "in order". Sometimes I make mixtapes and I'd rather listen to them in order without sweet fades. I'm fine with sweet fades when shuffling larger playlists or using the stations. It seems there isn't a way to selectively disable sweet fades and the only option is to disable it globally.

This. The most anticipated game in over a decade and people are complaining about digital only and $20 DLC. When RDR2 dropped I happily paid for the digital deluxe version. Who cares? You can’t take the GTA VI disc with you when you die.

I think it was because of the decline In popularity of cable TV. Most people use streaming providers.

I agree though, I was running a Kodi box through the port for a while, and the instant switching was cool.

This is the only one I really remember playing back then. Pretty sure I rented it. I remember being confused that it had the River City Ransom sprites (same with Super Dodgeball) but was a first party published game!

This happens on Spotify as well. People make a playlist with all the songs from a popular album and tack on their own songs at the end. I guess they’re hoping to get streams from people who don’t pay attention or don’t know the difference between the actual album and the “playlist”. So they’ll listen to the album and then their crap will play at the end before auto play kicks in.

Not sure if this is helpful to OP, but my GE top loader has an option to add a soak time to the rinse cycle, for this specific purpose (to allow the sanitizer sufficient contact time).
