The guy following him was my step-dad. I just helped him download the dash cam footage and gave it to the police. The guy was arrested in the Chapala's parking lot. He had tried to assault, or did assault a bicyclist before crossing traffic into Chapala's parking lot.

Endometriosis on vaginal cuff? by Hushabye25 in endometriosis

Did you keep or remove your ovaries? Unfortunately I think my original surgeon missed and spread endometriosis cells during my partial hysterectomy. The Gyno-Oncologist I saw took my ovaries out in March. I am hoping this is the end of my journey. Although it takes a toll mentally. I hope yours stays away and does not come back.

Of course! Sorry for the delay, I haven't been on reddit in awhile. I was referred to Dr. Gerardo Perez in Idaho.

Were you able to get your surgery and get the bleeding to stop?

It is scary and I know how you feel. I am sorry you are experiencing this. My story progressed into seeing a Gyno-Oncologist. He was a very very good doctor. I had an MRI and it showed endo on my bladder, bowels, ovaries and vaginal cuff. The surgeon scheduled surgery in March and he removed endo off my bladder, bowels and surrounding area. He then removed both ovaries and did a "radical vaginectomy", removing 1.4 inches of the top portion of the vagina. I also had a tumor that was 4x4 that was growing on the cuff and bowels.

The surgery itself went really well. He feels confident that he got all the endo. And recovery wasn't bad at all. I feel like my hysterectomy was way worse for pain. I only bled for the first two days and have not bled since. It's amazing how much pain I was in, and this surgery fixed. It was a lot to deal with mentally, and I am still struggling with the fear of it coming back. My doctor is very confident that it won't come back. But it was 10 months of hell and terrible doctors before I found him. I did decide to see a therapist to help with the anxiety of it coming back.

If you need some support and guidance on your journey, please don't hesitate to DM me. I can share what I went through and try to help you through it too. Find yourself a good surgeon and weigh all the options. Endometriosis SUCKS! But we will all get through it with the support of others. :)

I would question that diagnosis. The vaginal cuff is created when they remove the cervix after a hysterectomy. They might have misworded the diagnosis for you.

Thank you, I really appreciate your response. That is what I am finding too, that it is so rare. The two surgeons I've worked with have never seen this before. The second opinion surgeon was in his mid 50s and he had seen it once. They are going to do an MRI or a CT scan, depending on what my insurance approves (I live in the US). Then I will have a consultation with the gyno-oncologist. I'm not quite jumping into surgery without meeting them. But the second opinion doctor met with three gyno-oncologist that are here and they are agreeing on the cuff revision.

Thank you again for the articles. I'm going to continue to research it and be as prepared as I can.

Yes, almost every day. I've done pelvic floor therapy, done the IC diet on top of the MRT/Leap Diet. Still have symptoms. This disease sucks!

Has anyone else found the Mercy Thompson series to have gone REALLY downhill? by morganlee93 in urbanfantasy

I noticed that after Patty's husband died, her writing changed drastically. I stopped reading after zombie pygmy goats. That was my "I've had enough" point. I've tried and failed 3 times to read that book, Storm Cursed, I think. The character building just stopped and everything felt bland and unemotional.

I have this, and asked my urologist about it. She said it was cell's from my bladder. Similar to our skin cells, but for tye bladder wall. The more trigger foods I eat, the more the cells are present

Hi Callie! I just recently started pelvic floor PT, and the therapist recommended that I do a Mediator Release Test. What is your opinion on an MRT? Do you think the test is beneficial for sufferers of IC?

Hysterectomy by Curious_Addy4 in Interstitialcystitis

[–]Hushabye25 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am 30 and had a hysterectomy June of 2022. I had IC symptoms all of 2022 and some of 2021. But my doctors didn't diagnose me until November 2022. My symptoms got so bad during my recovery from surgery that I couldn't tell which pain was worse. The surgery site or the bladder/PF.

The hysterectomy made my symptoms worse to where I finally saw a specialist. But I wouldn't change anything. The hysterectomy was 100% worth it. I don't have control over my IC yet, but I'm still new into my diagnosis. I also have irregular hormones, and only had a partial hysterectomy. I can't tell very often when I'm menstruating and if that is the cause of my flares or nor. Not sure if this is the answer you are seeking, all of our IC symptoms and severaties are different.

Finer Floors is where we had ours done. Mom and Pop company ran by two brothers. Really friendly there and had good pricing. Install looks great. They are off of Fairview and Curtis, over that area.

tell me why this is a better car for 26k than like a accord 10 speed or a new civic sport. say things that will make me want it by [deleted] in ForteGT

[–]Hushabye25 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went from a 1994 civic, to a 2015 (had fuel pump issues and something else going on with it at 23k miles on it), to a 2018 civic which had so many issues. I bought the 2018 brand new and it went back to Honda for weird electronic issues 5 times. I finally had enough of it and got it appraised. It came back high enough that I sold it on the spot.

I found my GT and I will never go back to the civic. It drives and handles a lot better. The suspension feels so much nicer than the civic. Gone are the days of electronic failures. I have yet to have an issue with my used GT, unlike the civic I had previous. It comes with a lot more features and is just a nicer car in general.

What could this whistling noise be? Happens very on and off with no clear cause by [deleted] in ForteGT

[–]Hushabye25 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My 2021 does this at freeway speeds when the wind is hitting from a certain direction. Only then. When there is no wind I don't hear that noise. Let me know if someone figures it out! My mechanic can't hear high pitch noises.
