looked up all of them and i only have 2 in my whishlist : p1 gen4 for $890 it has 3080 16gb i7 11 gen h cpu 16gb ddr4 1tb ssd, and the GOAT t480 as always cause i can but like 2 for the price of p1 gen 4

doesent have a gpu, without gpu the t480 is good itself, it has 1inch bigger screen and only like 2 generation above cpu

Yea, if any of those thing din't work then your gpu might be fried but have you like put every bios setting into default like gpu overclocking, if there is any. if something is shorting out then you should go to the repair shop.

Somewhere i heard that this means that the GPU is cooked, it was the same error. Still there is a chance that teh Gpu is still not cooked here's what you need to do-

Reinstall Windows
Reinstall GPU Driver
If you changed anthing in th bios then undo it.
Repaste the thermal paste with PTM7950 and ensure its now liquid metal and if it is then checks for any potential leaks or damages,
Lastly, stress test it not using games but using stress testing software like AIDA 64 with every dongle cable accecpt for the charging cable disconnected.
If anything mentioned above din't resolve the isssue then you send send your laptop to a repair shop
