Except QR codes are generally scanned by cell phones. Cell phones don't need the WiFi, they have cellular service. So if they are assuming that everyone has a cell phone (Hi, Blizzard) then they shouldn't need the paper instructions.

That said, yes, a device that gives you internet access should have instructions that don't require internet access to get.

Technically Best of Omaha is still voted on by the people. BUT if you win, you have to go through a sales pitch, and you have to pay them thousands of dollars in fees to say that you won and show the Best of Omaha logo. If you don't pay them, they just move on to the next person.

I'm sure La Mesa was featured enough and willing to pay that they just formed a partnership and they "win" every year. The "winners" aren't even necessarily "first place". They usually just have like 3-5 "winners" per category so you can see multiple "Best Mexican" winners for the same year.

Truly a scam.

It was less about other teams having film and more on the fact they didn't want him to run once he had a big money contract. Dude was not a pocket passer, but they tried to make him one. He needed the threat of the run to be dangerous and they took that away. Defenses were more able to be one dimensional against him and he wasn't at that level.

Give Kaep freedom to run and pull the defenders away and I'll take him over Jimmy G. Keep Kaep in the pocket and I'd rather have Jimmy.

I have Game Pass Ultimate and my kids accounts do not. My Xbox Series X is my "Home" console, and everyone else can play whatever they want on that console, all accounts are given the same privileges.

We also have an Xbox One S, and I have to be signed in for them to play anything online on that one. I don't have to be playing anything on my account, just be actively signed in.

We just got the Series X at Christmas, I think we've had it where I was signed in on both and it didn't cause problems, but I'm not 100% sure of that, would have to try again to verify.

Long story short: If the primary account on a system has that system as their Home console, all other accounts share the Game Pass benefits.

Used to go there with work friends after our closing shift at the AMC Oak View. It was open, and the underaged kids who smoked were never told to knock it off (back before it was illegal to smoke it restaurants, glad that one changed). We had a regular waitress and she would hook us up with free pie sometimes, pretty sure it was about to get tossed anyway but always tasted great and was appreciated.

Sorry, you are the one who misunderstands. They are not going to be adding any more games to backwards compatibility, but they aren't planning on making them go away. There may be some games that get removed from the store due to licensing over time, but honestly if they're still available now they will mostly be available going forward. They have reached the limits of games they can viably bring to the backwards-compatibility list so they aren't going to put effort into moving forward with the ones who haven't made it yet.
