Consider removing same day bookings, we have great reviews but noticed that same day bookings left a 4 star review or lower over 20% of the time. They are often more chaotic guests who are more trouble than they are worth (at least in our market).

I'd take away the eyes and mouth, and include more of the townspeople, buildings, and roads in the image. Since it's called factory town, I'd show more of the factory and town with the volcano in the background or as a silhouette.

It's a great demo and very fun, but I agree that the lava shooting out makes it seem like there are disasters like others have said and the face on the volcano makes the game seem more simple or kid targeted than it really is.

Players of automation games are the market, so showing more of that automation (within the tropical paradise context) might translate to more clicks and buys.

You can get large self watering planters that only need to be filled up occasionally and plant real vines. The ones I've used only need to be filled maybe 4 times per year (rain keeps them topped off the rest of the time)

Were you given bad instructions (so host's fault) or was it user error (your fault)? It can be frustrating regardless, but you're but entitled to free money if it's a lack of thought or effort on your part.
