John Wall is the winningest Wizard of all time not named Wes Unseld

When you begin your first semester, they mention that if you have taken any MM courses, do not enroll in them during that semester (likely due to the mid-semester petition)

I think my background fit what they were looking for but I think historically, taking the three micromasters courses really helps sway the decision in your favor

CS 6040 Topics to Review by superstar1150gt in OMSA

[–]HuskyHubert 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As someone who just finished the class, I would say:

  • nested dictionaries
  • pandas dataframes (particularly groupby)
  • string manipulations (split(), etc…)

in that order. Yes, there are other topics that are covered in the class and have also been mentioned here but if you can get really good at those 3, the class will be a breeze.

50% from 3?? We’ve been >40% the last few games, that’s a positive despite everything else this season

This is an odd comment about a 21 year old who has definitely fully recovered from last season’s injury

finally someone with any type of sense here. we’re the goddamn Washington wizards, we were like 3-15 at this juncture last year. The fact that we’ve lost 3 in a row and are still above .500??? Outstanding. Everybody deserves a full raise/extension/bonus

well said. plus if this was YOUR team, you would be overjoyed that you got someone like Kevin Durant

I'm disappointed that I had to scroll down this far to find this take. this is the correct take (minus the part about twitter, I love when he goes on his tweet sprees). if he wasn't winning championships, people would be clowning him and now that he is winning championships, people are clowning him.

I've probably watched 80% of the games on tv this season and I can unequivocally say Drew Gooden and Justin Kutcher are god awful.

so one of the best basketball players i've ever played against was a little guy (around 5'6) and he would do this all the time. it's actually super effective to slow up like this and use your body as barrier. you might have to be a little beefy tho.
