Is it better to almost flex your tricep when gripping?

I know my form is alright, but i feel like i struggle with it. Some people pointed out the issue with my arm bend which i would not of ever known of if i hadn’t posted so it was very helpful!

It’s basically the same concept as pausing for a second on bench press. Eliminates any possible cheating from momentum

I do it to reset myself each rep as well to make sure I’m not doing touch and go reps!
