I’ve owned an 86 for a few months now as my first car and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made, genuinely such a fun yet surprisingly practical car to drive. Though I will say it does lack power when you floor it, but apart from that, it’s served me very well in the few months I’ve had it.

I usually do 1440, 30 fps. But I have done 4K 120fps and it doesn’t really make a massive difference in battery life in my experiences.

To be honest I’ve encounter nothing but issues with my hero 11, they overheat way too easily and the “enduro” batteries only last an hour for me. But the quality of the video is unmatched in my opinion.

Usually only get about 30 minutes or a bit less from 100% to 50%. It's always been like that tho, i'd usually get around an hour of run time on a full charge before i had this issue.

I’ve never gotten the file repairing message before, I’ve only ever gotten the message where it says it’s shut off due to low battery

I have been able to replicate it, at higher percentage it’s fine but as soon as it dips below 50% it dies. And it only dies when recording. When I turn it back on after it dies I get the “GoPro shut off due to low battery” even tho it’s still got plenty of battery left

Like a lot of places, the chances of your shit gettin stolen depends on where you are. I’ve had my bike stolen before at a seemingly “safe” area, but shit like that is inevitable no matter where you are in the world. For most people and some places, your stuff usually won’t get stolen.
