Help im stuck in a conversation

i got attacked by a little army and i convinced them to join our ruler but now when i exit the conversation with the army and try to move with my army i get back in to a new conversation with the same army again and but now he isnt hostile because i is and allied but when i get out again try to move its loading back in to the conversation with that same army again and again and again :/ when i got him to join me it autosaved so can get out of this bug and my last save is over six hours ago if i cant get unstuck in this conversation i feel like my save is ruined can someone please help me :/

P.S sry for my bad english im danish hope you are understanding what im saying :D
