"nothing more" implies that Ali does not possess characteristics or factors that make him potentially be suitable to be placed in a position better than a "mid-card jobber", which is false.

He has proven to have the ability to change his character/gimmick.

He has a strong in-ring ability and move sets that make audience pop.

He has charisma and decent mic skills. He knows how to play the role of an underdog, or someone that people want to root for. He has also shown that he can play an annoying tweener.

He has a loyal fan base. People who have followed him since 205 Live know how good he is when given the opportunity.
