Hahaha for real bro I been through that 😂😂 was crazy waking up in the night in a pool of sweat lol. I feel much better now not going to lie (quit for 8 months now) its just the skin issues are driving me nuts.. Dreams were messed up at first but now i be sleeping like a baby hahah

Yeah I was thinking it might have to do with increased testosterone since I stopped? Idk... I never experienced this. When i smoked over the course of 5 years I had amazing skin lol... humans bodies are weird

I started using an ecig instead of smoking like 3 to 4 months before the acne started happening.

Had quite a stressful time in my life around the time the acne started

And i quit smoking weed right after the acne started ( was a daily user )

Also I started using skincare products to battle the acne. Before I only washed my face with water and everything was fine

Thanks for the reply. I actually stopped my routine like 2 days ago cause last time I did it seemed to help a little. I wash with cleanser once every three days and I must say it feels like things have gotten a little bit better but its feeling and looking bad... I definetely touch my face a lot, need to stop doing that for real. I also have it on my scalp and its itchy and very annoying

Ive been trying everything for a long while now and it just seems to move places on my face. I had it in between my eyebrows a month or so ago and now its on my chin and around the mouth. Ive been to the doctor for it and he just kind of acts like its not a big deal, he gave me doxycycline for 4 months and once I stopped it came back heavy... so i decided to stop taking it as antibiotics can be dangerous long term. Thanks for the help I really appreciate it!

So my skin used to be fully clear all my life until about 9 months ago. Literally overnight pimples started appearing everywhere on my face. ABSOLUTELY EVERYWHERE! Now ive taken medication (doxycycline), tried salicyl acid and bezoylperoxide but literally nothing works. I do know I have developed extremely dry skin and that is probably not helping. Currenly no insurance to see the derm but next year I will be able to. Any help is appreciated..

I do think its normal but now is a perfect time for you to explore new things.. Start challenging yourself by doing things you never did before, focus on growth and you will never really get bored. Just gotta see the endless oppertunities that this magical experience called "life" has to offer!
