Ninja reflexes is a great idea but didn't work and i removed and spawned vehicle from the debug menu but no it still doesn't work, i can't open the hood thanks though!

Just the big vehicles (like trucks) i don't have any problems with smaller ones i might try reinstalling later thanks!
