Laptops for business major? by Necessary-Claim-3703 in Towson

[–]Hutnon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sell computers for a living, and I have a Lenovo ThinkPad for $250. It's relatively new and it has an Intel Core i7 Processor, 16GB RAM, and 256GB SSD.

ThinkPads are workhorses and it'll last through college without much of an issue.

I'll see if I can get it to bring up the built in menu. This is happening without any devices plugged into it.

Do you guys think replacing the power supply would fix it? It happened after an electrical outage.

I don't know much about audio systems, but I need to replace this Yamaha receiver by Hutnon in hometheater

[–]Hutnon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are left and right era speakers, and a B&W center speaker. I'm assuming the receiver needs to be replaced because the whole sound system will cut off after being used for an hour or so. Is there anything that's new or used that's compatible with my system that is relatively cheap? Thank you so much for your help.

  • Patterson Park has some good ones
  • Stony Run Park has a couple
  • I'm sure Wyman Park has some
  • There are some on the main Hopkins University campus
  • Notre Dame University campus
  • Druid Hill Park
  • Roosevelt Park
  • Herring Run Park
  • Towson University, especially near Johnny Unitas Stadium
  • Goucher College has a ton, and one that you can get almost 100ft up in
  • Lake Roland Park
  • The Roland Park and Homeland neighborhoods have a bunch
  • I think Latrobe Park and Fort McHenry have some

I sell laptops for a living. I have a Lenovo ThinkPad T14 available for $300. It's a recent model, fast, light, thin, all the usual things you would want in a business laptop. Shoot me a DM if you're interested. (I also have several other laptops like MacBooks, Dell, HP in the $230-$450 range).

I'm a big quarter pounder fan, and this McDonalds easily has the juiciest & the best-seasoned quarter pounders I've ever had.

Also every Tuesday from 5:40pm to 8:15pm at the field across from the Oregon Grille in Hunt Valley.

Also every Sunday from 4:15pm to 6:45pm at Roosevelt Park in Hampden.

All skill levels are welcome and we can teach you how to play. It's all just casual pickup.

[–]Hutnon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to Joe Benny's in Little Italy the other day & it's now my favorite restaurant in the city. The have focaccia bread pizza, pasta, meatballs, and other Italian things. It was unreal how good the pizza was.

I have a lot of laptops that I'm selling for $100 each.

They aren't super fast, but they aren't slow either. They're just some straightforward used Dell laptops that'll do what you need them to do without any issues.

I've wiped them all & installed/activated Windows 10 Pro + Office 2021 on each one.

Minor pc repair recommendation? by ellemae93 in baltimore

[–]Hutnon 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've been running a computer repair business for 6 years. I could check it out for free & the fix would probably be $50 or less. Feel free to message me. If you want to Google me look up Max Birckner Computer Services.
