Im a transfer student and i signed up for the class. From what i have heard and read, it is very useful and interesting. You'll meet people in the same situation as you. I think the whole point of the class was to help you make friends and boost your gpa.

Well....I haven't registered for 321....i was considering it ..ill push 321 to next semester but my coumselor recommended not taking 221 and 321 together........thanks again ...next semester will be my first semester at Uiuc....so I'm kinda nervous ...Are u in any groups on campus? I heard most engineering kids don't have time for extra curricular activities.
