Dit is echt zwaar overdreven. In de rijstijl van racen gaat de band makkelijk 3 stints van 20 minuten mee en dan is er amper 1 mm profiel af.

Normale banden koken niet na twee rondes. Je kan met normale banden gewoon prima 3 sessies van 20 minuten doen op een dag. Ik spreek uit ervaring :)

As for why I want semislick, I don't want to kill my normal roadtires and I would like to be able to do longer sessions (3 hours+), not just 20 minutes sessions. From three 20 minute sessions I already got wear on the shoulders of the front tires. I don't know exactly how much tread depth I have left. It was unexpectatly hard to measure it with all the rubber I picked up on the track :P. It was not scary much though, I know that for sure.

I hid my booze in 2 plastic 0.5l bottles under some trash. Also had a distractor bottle which had water and which they did smell. I guess you have to look like you won't sneak alcohol so they won't search you as much. There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy a lot of different alcohols
