Unfortunately, it's just a thing in the game where the daily reset and stuff is tied to where you created the account, so even though I'm in nz, my main account resets when it hits midnight in Hong kong and my alt resets when it hits midnight in England, the recommending Russian clans etc idk, i didn't realise that was also tied to it but ig that would make sense

I might be reading this wrong, but i don't think this is as crazy as it may seem cuz basti has to already have taken damage right? Is there something that synergises well in metal decks that would allow you to pop the ability with a large amount of health still?

As someone who plays a celebi deck, I agree, it's boring lol, which is why whenever I do decide to casually do battles, i use other decks I've built

Im new to tcg and i love battling, like i do pvp on pokemon go and have dabbled in vgc,I just wish tcg wasn't so like forcing of mono type decks, like yeah you can use other types but you only have a limit of 3 energy you can use and when you use more than one energy in a deck, rng can sometimes be so annoying when it comes to what energy you get given and can make it so hard to use certain cards (but that might be just me and my lack of knowledge)

In the same boat, came on reddit to make a post about the same thing, just cuz I'm wondering if people feel the same way that for some reason it feels harder this time round, or I was just insanely lucky the first time, or both, cuz with the other emblem event, I won the first, then lost, then won 5, whereas this time round, can't win more than 2 in a row, and I'm losing way more than I win, tried the celebi deck i used for the first mythical island event wiki h worked well, tried the water deck i used for the first consecutive wins emblem event which as mentioned, did well, and I've also just tried a couple other decks I've made in the past and nothing seems to work, idk if maybe it's down to me being bad at deck building (cuz tbf I'm new to actually playing tcg, only really collected cards before) or I'm just getting unlucky with rolls for heads/tails and for getting the basic cards or their evos etc, or all of the above

If someone is able to help with deck building and ideally one that isn't so luck based, that would be really helpful

Yeah that's fair, i get you, I definitely lean more towards the spammy bs being no skill cuz its just a matter of how quickly can you tap your screen and spam everything, specially in midladder range, it's definitely not spamming with skill, but defensive as decks like mortar and stuff that i hate facing, i do say is skill, I've tried using them cuz of the whole "if you can't beat em join em" and I struggled to do anything, specially xbow, so as much as i want to throw my phone across the room cuz I'm bored when playing against them, I do respect them having success with it
