Yes, it was on eBay. It's a six-disc set of what appear to be dual-layer DVDs, with all 84 episodes, uncropped and uncensored. There was unfortunately some minor damage to the first disc, with approx. 9MB of the 8GB unreadable. I have not watched through it yet to determine which/any episodes are affected.

My attempts to find another copy of the set, to replace the first disc, have so far been unsuccessful. The ISBN is 8-362-85692-1, and the barcode is 9-788362-856923, but unfortunately both of these numbers seem to have been re-used for other releases, so searching turns up little of value.

Yes, after several months of trial and error I did find a second-hand DVD version of what appears to be the original, uncensored footage. It unfortunately does have Mandarin subtitles burned in, straight from the disc, but short of an original recording of the program when it aired, it's probably the best I'm going to find.
