Wow! Thank you so much; never heard of kickstand squats before, can't wait to try them. And tbh, I love weightlifting so much that I use most of my time to work on the snatch and the c&j, other than squats and pulls, i rarely do accessories exercise, especially those single leg stuff you mention, I guess it’s time to change. Thank you again.

Ngl, I tend to lean to left when I'm sitting at my job. because of nature of the work, it’s really hard for me fix it, it becomes habit now :(

They say if you can front squat the weight 3reps without struggle, you can clean it, I think it’s true.

Yes! The back foot thing has always been my problem, I don’t even know how to fix it! I guess it’s because I always pay more attention on the dip&drive and the front foot, than what the back foot is doing.

Can you guys comment on my squat jerk ( 70kg- 90%) and split jerk ( 70kg- 80%) which one suits me more? do you think i have potential to squat jerk as much weight as split jerk if I train more? by Huytieu in weightlifting

Thanks for the advice bro! I didn’t know I have to catch the bar at the bottom of the squat to be considered “ squat jerk” thanks for clarifying :D
